*We offer in-person and virtual services which can be arranged. We operate under normal business hours. 

To complete our intake packet to begin services:

  • Download the file/packet, and fill out each section.
  • Once complete, return it by fax or email.
    • (Be sure to return it with a  front/back copy of ID and the insurance card.)

Psychological Services:

  • Psychological Evaluations with specialization in Autism, ADHD, Bipolar, Depression, IQ Testing, Dyslexia
  • Forensic Competency Evaluations with specialization in mental health evaluation to stand trial, to plead to guilty, to waive certain rights,  criminal responsibility (mental state at time of offense), substance abuse
  • Individual/Group/Family/Couples Therapy with specialization in trauma, grief, LGBTQ, mental health, and substance abuse
  • Parent Skills Training
  • Behavior Support Specialist-II with independent NOW/COMP waiver independent provider Ashley Martin. 
  • Anger Management and Substance Abuse Assessments.

Applied Behavior Analysis Services (ABA):

  • In-home ABA
  • School  & Private BCBA Consulting & Supervision

CSI/Case Management/Peer Support:

  • Adolescents-Adults

Professional Development

  • Approved Continued Education Provider (ACE) by the Board of Behavior Analysis with CEUs focus on mental health, intervention, self-care, and supervision
  • Behavior Coaching Training-8 weeks
  • 40 Hours RBT Training & Competency Assessment
